The logo was designed to represent this using an old engineering symbol. This symbol was used hundreds of years ago to mark the part of a structure that would have been perfectly level. This was the ‘benchmark’ that all other aspects of the structure would be measured against.

In the same way the coffee provided by Benchmark Coffee Roasters is the benchmark by which all other coffee should be compared.
